The statement is repeated in French. The letter on the back of the postcard is illegible, and the postcard is addressed to "Miss M. McFaddin 1141 3rd Ave Huntington, W. Va. U. S. A." The estate in the image is located at 2490 Avenue Royale Québec, Qc G1C 1S1, Canada.
