In the middle of the street is a tree and figures walking. To the left side there is a female figure wearing a red shirt and hat holding a child and to the left of her is a male figure wearing a blue shirt and cap also holding a child. To the right of the image is printed the following: "Central Ave., Hot Springs, Ark." Underneath the image is printed the following: "Iron Mountain Route, direct line to Hot Springs, Arkansas, from St. Louis, Memphis and Texas points." On the back of the postcard is printed the following: "Private Mailing Card- Authorized by Act of Congress of May 19th., 1898."
