On the back of the postcard, it is described as follows, "Neill-Cochran House circa 1853 2310 San Gabriel Street, Austin, Texas The lovely double parlors at Neill-Cochran House are beautifully furnished authentically by the owners, the National Society of Colonial Dames of America in Texas. The walls, windows, and fireplaces are the original. Open Friday afternoons to the public."
