The generous ladies of Hondo, led
by Mrs. G W. Monkhouse, sent two
lurgi packages of clothing to tiie flood
sufferers Wednesday. Warm clothes
and bedding are very much needed by
the unfortunates of the Bratus and
Colorado river valleys who had all
their worldly possessions swept away
by the floods and the express eompan-
ies are carrying contributions free of
