Railroad passenger rates were sub-
stantially advanced last Monday by
order of the International Chamber of
Commerce. Heretofore, for instance,
the rate to San Antonio was $1.50 and

$1.78, war tax 14c, total, $1.92. or an
a ivance of 32c aver the oid rate. In
figuring your traveling expense in fu-
iure add tide to your passenger fare
for each hundred miles, $6 00 for each
1,000 miles, and so on. Ihe State of
Texas is contesting this advance in
passenger fares, claiming passenger
fares are fixed by law in this State
and that the I. C. C. i» without au-

you hear the same artist on
the New Edison.
The proof of this is convinc-

Phonograph fttHth a Soul *
Convincing -for Mr. Edison him-
self said in a recent interview:
“The emotional effects and con-
sequent benefits of music are well
known. Through the agency of
my new phonograph. I can pro-
duce the same effects as would
result from the original music.’’
Conclusive—for you can score,
on a Mood Change Chart, the
effects of the New Edison’s realism
on you. Come in and listen to this
test of realism.
Concrete—for we will show a bi
big
dif-
book of proof, that there is no
ference between Re-Cneated music
and the original music. This proof
would be good in any court of law.
