that as a member of the advisory

this vicinity to work with the

went alone. In fact, if it had
not been ior the wide awake and

that end we worked and I be-
lieve that when this work Is com

hearty approval of every inter-

Aa is known by those wbo

hardship on the contractors that
will hardly be overcome, and
while it now seems that aome of
them will loose materially by
this venture yet they are going
ahead and pushing the work as
fsstas circumstances wilt per
mlt, and if the citizenship would
turn from criticism to encour
agement there wouid be no dis-
satisfaction and thia feeling of
unrest would soon disappear.
As stated in the outset, th's

contract with a stated time for
completion and until that time
