USE GUERILLA WARFARE.
Texas League Will Fight Rate
Cases In Justice Courts.
(Houston Post Special.)
AI'STI.N Texas Slay 10. The plan of
the Texas lengue to resist tbe order of
the railroads not to recognise for sleeper
transportation the 1 H -cen t baseball rate
for parties of fourteen traveling on one
ticket without baggage privileges was to-
day unfolded by President Wilbur Allen.
The railroads give a 2-cent rate and
sell deeper tickets on It. This rate the
ball teams will pay. paying the differ-
ence between a 1 H-'nt and 2 cent
which rangca from $12 to 20. When
the bull teams are charged the higher
rale suit will be brought in the Jtistlc
court here to recover the difference be-
tween Ihe two ratea. Suits not e vend-
ing $2o lis in the justice court without
appeal and a wholesale system of sulfur
for these small amounts in the Justice
courts will b resorted to.
The railroads it Is thought do not
rellih JiiMtice court cases.
