-The Buffaloes showed a complete re-
versal of form yesterday and easily won
the last game of the series with the Sen-
ators. The exhibition was a one-sided
affair and every man on the home team
scored except Dawson andsjackson. Hous-
ton started with a rush scoring three In
the first Inning. Every man was In the
game and while sensational features
were lacking the Buffaloes steadily rolled
up the tallies.
Two singles and a stolen base In the
third were all that saved (the Statesmen
from a goose egg and their fielding was
listless.
Jackson was in fa -ly good form and
while the candidates for bottom honor '
connected with his twisters nine times
the hits were scattered and na damage
was done. He struck out seven- men.
Johnson ;io prepared the medicine for
the Senators was pounded for twelve
safeties and these at opportune times
with Punched errors In the seventh and
two wild pilches; gave the locals nine
runs.
Some of Mr. Page's calculations closely
resembled cold-storage eggs but the
guesses were evenly divided and had no
material effect on the result.
Manager Roberts announced that the
last series with the Senators which was
to have iwen played hi Austin beginning
today has been transferred and the
games will be played here. A double-
