cattlemen of the state the governor and
the -livestock sanitiry commission the
necessity of the repeal of the quarantine.
Cattle must be free of ticks in order
for the cowmen to be able to get a per-
mit to ship them but now there mutt
be an inspector before the rattle are
declared free of tick and as the county
failed to make an appropriation for the
alary of the inspector' there art no
inspector. The cattlemen argue that
