we have compared and examined the quarterly report of P. C. Woods, Treasurer of
Hays county, Texas, for the quarter beginning on the 8>h day of May, 1905, anc
ending on the 14th day of Aug, 1205, and finding the same correct have caused
an order to be entered upon the minutes of the Commissioners’ Court or IIay3 county
stating the approval of said Treasure’s Report by our said Court, .which said order
recites separately the amount received and } aid out of eaca fund by said County
Treasurer since his last report to this court, and for and during tiro time covered bj
his present report, and the balance of each fund remaining in said Treasurer?
