Cedar Hill High School’s 407 graduates, along with
their families and friends, gathered at the Dallas
Convention Center on May 24 for the Class of 2005
commencement ceremonies. Above, students throw
their hats in the air at the conclusion of the cere-
monies; at far left, students watch their fellow class-
mates walk across the stage; center, Cedar Hill
Schoool Superintendent Jim Gibson congratulates a
student; at bottom, students file out of the convention
center arena after their graduation. Students heard
inspirational speeches from guest speaker Carlos
Lynn and from Valedictorian Nikki Boatenhamer and
Salutatorian Erica Lux.
