our Youth Club and some shots of our
program.
Visitors were Brother Edward Ma-
zanec and Bister Mazanec, from Lodge
66, Sister Mazanec Is a Yonth Leader
at Lodge 66. Sure was glad to háve
you with us and hope you come again.
Visitors are always welcome at our
meetings.
My deepest sympathy to our two Sis-
ters, Leona Hanzlicek and Henrietta
Bartoň and their familiés at the pass-
5ng of their sister, Mrs. Mary Girard
a short time a,go.
Jane Mikeska was dressed as a Big
Pink Bunny. She had a basket full of
Easter eggs. She sure was cute, and
looked like a reál bunny rabbit.
Our next meeting* will be May 5 at
2:00 p.m.

LODGE NO. 54, WEST
Dear Members,
We held our Youth Club meeting
Siunday, April 7th and had a nice at-
tendance. The meeting was called to
order by our President, Dolores Cepak
and the minutes were read by our
Secretary, Rose Marie Marek and were
VĚSTNÍK
approved by all Youth Members.
We said the Pledge of Allegiance
and sang “America” and “Happy
Birt-hday” to the ones who had birťh-
days this month.
The dooř prize was won by Billy
Král.
We recognized our Princess Berna-
dette Kocurek and escort Jimmy
Nemec; Duchess Shirley Nemec and es-
cort Billy Král, Tbey will represent our
Lodge 54 at the Youth' Activity Day,
which will be held on ťhe last Sunday
in June at Lodge 130 in Dallas.
We had discussed having a Motheťs
and Father’s Day Program gometime
in June; I will write more about it
later.
We also held our Easter Program last
Sunday and would like to say every-
One performed beautifully. I enjoyed
the program very much. We had an
Easter egg hunt and Kathy Marek
foímd the prize egg and won a pink
bunny, I would like to thank the two
accordion players, Catherine Holý and
Johnny Kaluza. They sure can play
those accordions. Thanks go to our
Editor, Nick Morris, who took such
wondérful pictures óf our Youth Club
and Youth Leaders and of some of
'the Easter prograni, including the
life size, pink, Easter bubny that came
there with a basket full of Easter
eggs. This program was for our 50-
year members that were present. They
were Brother Joe Mazanec and Brother
Frank Volcik. My congratulations go
to these long-time members. We were
glad to háve you.
Our visitors were Bro. and Sister
Edward Mhzanee, of Lodge 66. Come
see us again, it was wondérful having
you with us.
Brother Vic Halí from Waco also
visited with us, but was latě and didn’t
get to see our Easter Program and
Parade. We were glad he could come
just the same.
Brother Emil Popp was recognized
for being elected City Commissioner
of Abbott. Bro. Edward Marek was
elected to the Fenelope School Trus-
tee Board. Congratulations to these
two nice Brothers. Em sure you will
both do a good job.
Our next meeting will be the first
Sunday in May. Hope to see you all
there. Many thanks go to the sisters.

LODGE NO. 73, SEYMOUlt, TEXAS
Dear Friends,
Fishing time is here. We went fish-
ing al the lake but didn’t háve much
luck. I am looking íorward to May Ist,
as that is always a big day for Sey-
rnour.
7 his week will be a busy week be-
cause we are having six weeks tests.
Wc will then háve Friday and Monday
off. Ori the 26th of this mcnth we will
háve our school picnic. We are plan-
ning* to háve a cowboy and kite day
at school which will be lots of fun.
Sunday the 7th we had our lodge
meeting with a dinner, and an Eastci'
egg hunt that afternoon. We had a
large group to attend.
Hope everyone had a Happy Easter.

LODGE NO. 73, SEYMOUR, TEXAS
Dear Věstník Readers,
Now that spring is here I enjoy play-
i.ng outside. The flowers are blocm-
ing* pretty at this time of year. We
háve been fishing at the lake.
Sunday wc had an Easter egg hunt
at our Youth Club. We all had a nice
time.
We had thrce prize eggs; I foímd.
one of them and lots of other eggs.
Friday and Monday we will not háve
school because of Easter kolidays. Our
Blue Bird group will háve an Easter
'egg hunt Friday. Wc had a nice rain
last week. Wc had a bake show and i
made some sugar cookies and got a
red ribbon.

LODGE NO. 66, WACO
Dear Readers,
The Easter Bunny visited the Youth
of Lodge CG early this year. On April
6th. Mr. Bunny left Easter eggs for all
the youth to find; with five prizes for
the teen-age group and three prizes
fqr the Junior group After everyone
enjoyed hunting for the beautiful eggs,
we enjoyed roasting wieners over an
open fire out in the cool breeze. The
Easter egg and wiener roast lasted un-
til 7 o’clock, but the game night was
cancelled because of the smáli at-
tendancc.
Our next meeting* will be held on
April 21st, starting at 2:30 p.m. Re-
member this is the day our flag*.will bo
raised before the meeting; for these
wishing to see the flag raising be there
by 2 p.m. I hope to see everyone at
this meeting now that the weather is
getting prettier each day and we will
