LODGE NO. 30, TAITON
Dear Members and Friends,
Our yóuth seminář at Taiton was
well attended and very educational. I
wish to thank all the Taiton ladies
who came and helped serve the dinner
and clean up. Thanks also to the girls
who came after schoul to clean up the
halí; this was really a big help. The
training class at Mrs. Hol m es’ house
was also very enjovable.
The Taiton youth club decided 'to
háve a Halloween party instead of ga-
ing “triek or treatin’ The party was
a big suecess, and it kept the childrén
in one plače. The supper was delicíous.
Thanks to the mothers who workeci so
hard to prepare it, and to the enter-
tainment committee which planned
the party. They did a splendid job!
Everyone came in a mask; you could-
n’t telí who anyone was! I even had
my fortuně told by a “gypsy,” but that
is a mílitary secret. My assistants,
Mmes. Merta, Dorotík, and Mrnustik
had charge of the Horror House, and
that was the m.ain attraction. Even the
fathers went through it, and some got
ín line a second time but were turned
down. Thatik you, ladies; I enjoyed it
all myseif.
Now our thoughts will tura to a
Thanksgiving program and Christmas
party. There is always plenty to do
if the youth are willing, and aura
are.
