set for Thursday
VFW Post 8577 Com-
mander Terry Schmille and
Ladies Auxiliary President
Karen Kaylor announced the
annual bell ringing will take
place July 4 in front of the VFW
Post 8577 at 1506 Veterans Ave,
in Copperas Cove. There will be
cannon shot with a one-gun
salute prior to the bell ringing at
1 p.m. The Junior Girls to the
Ladies Auxiliary of VFW Post
8577 and the Cub Scouts Pack
will be participating. The post
will provide hot dogs and ham-
burgers. Ladies Auxiliary
members are asked to bring
covered and dishes and desserts.

Americanism by celebrating the
birth of our great country. For
