( RE-ELECT
R. Burk Morris
ARCHER COUNTY ATTORNEY
I am not surprised my opponent is attempting to introduce partisan
politics into the race. If the voters judge the candidates on the merits,
my opponent does not have a chance.
The Code of Criminal Procedure states “It shall be the primary duty
of all prosecuting attorneys, including any special prosecutors, not to
convict, but to see that justice is done.”
I have always prided myself during my 20 plus years of service of be-
ing reasonable and seeing to the best of my ability that Justice is Done.
Last year, the cases I prosecuted put over $73,5000.00 in the County’s
bank account.
PLEASE VOTE A SPLIT TICKET AND RE-ELECT
R.BURK MORRIS
ARCHER COUNTY ATTORNEY
