Pikes Rim a Strong Second
The pictures on this page tell the 1964 volleyball
story in a simple way. The Pikes and Phi Delts both of-
fered top teams, ‘The best in many years,” it has been
said. In their first meeting the Pikes took the set two
in the finals. The championship match saw both teams,
once defeated, turn on everything they had. Score moved
up slowly and ended at the 16-18 mark with Phi Delta
Theta in the drivers seat.
