FOWLS AND RABBITS RUN-
NING AT LARGE WITHIN THE
cItY Limits of the town
Of woodsboro, texas.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF WOODSBORO, TEXAS
Section 1. That it shall be unl-
awful for any person keeping or
raising chickens, turkeys, rabbits,
geese, guineas, ducks, pigeons or
other fowls to permit or allow the
same to run at large, or be at
large within the City Limits of
the Town of Woodsboro, Texas.
Section 2. It shall be the duty
of every person raising or keeping
chickens, turkeys, rabbits, geese,
guineas, ducks, pigeons or other
fowls to keep them in a pen, coop
or enclosure, such pen, coop or en-
closure shall be kept in a sanitary
condition, and shall also be kept
in such a manner as not to be
a nuisance or be offensive to ad-
jacent neighbors.
Section 3. PENALTY. That any
person who shall violate any of
the provisions of this Ordinance
shall be deemed guilty of a misde-
meanor and upon conviction there-
of shall be fined not exceeding
$25,00, and each and every day
of such violation shall be deemed
a separate and complete offence.
Eection 4. That the rule requir-
ing that ordinances shall be read
on three separate days be suspend-
ed, and this Ordinance shall be-
come effective upon passage by
the City Council of the Town of
Woodsboro, Texas.
