THE READERS WRITE - \
One who sees this column in the
Lewisville News asks: "What
kind of a secret organization is *
the Texas Pond, International
Order of the Blue Goose?"
_ It is in no way secret. And it is
not, as one might suppose, an
organization of hunters.
The Texas Pond is one of many
such "ponds," or lodges, of an
organization whose members are
engaged in the property insurance
business. Members wear a small
pin in the shape of a blue goose as
an identifying symbol.
