The division coordinates examination development and monitors administration of examinations for the 11 programs
requiring knowledge and competency tests to obtain a license. The division also:
- Collaborates with its current examination delivery public-private partner, PSI Services, LLC (PSI), industry subject
matter experts, and Advisory Board members to review and update examination questions and answers;
- Assesses the effectiveness of examinations in conjunction with PSI on a periodic basis to ensure applicants are
tested with the most current information; and
- Informs schools and instructors about the examination process and relevant pass-rate.Examination Population by Program
