further troubles and it was alleged
that Dill in an altercation stabbed
Cooper with a knife, and the wounds
inflicted, led to his death a few
days later.
Dili was arrested and tried in the
District court on charges of murder
the term following the trouble. He
was convicted but a new- trial was
granted. The case was tried again
last year and a conviction was again
gained by the state. The case was
appealed and reversed and returned
for a new trial. The attorneys for-
