We want you to come and see our new arrangements, whereby we can
render greater service to the public.
This store now has all of its departments in close proximity with each
other. From the front entrance you can see all departments.
Our ladies’ Rest Room, Toilet and Lavratory is located on first balcony,
where seats and desks are provided, also books, papers and writing material are
at the disposal of our customers.
On first floor in rear of the Dry Goods Department, we have installed
“Customers’ Phones”—both Southwestern and Home. From these phones you
can cMJyanyone who has either of these phones. These phones are at your dis-
posal frithout any special permission.
Our Ladies’ Ready-to-Wear Department is located in the rear of the main
building on first floor with south entrance.
Our Millinery Department is located on the first balcony with south ven-
tilation. This is a most desirable location; Miss Moore, our head trimmer, will
be delighted to meet those who are interested in Early Fall Millinery.
Our wholesale departments are located on second and third floors—this
department is the key to “BUY ’EM FOR LESS AND SELL ’EM FOR LESS”
over our retail counters.
The above is a limited description of the new store and its arrangements,
but the more important thing is—WHAT’S IN THIS NEW STORE?
An exposition of the most desirable fall merchandise selected by buyers of
experience who know the value of textile fabrics either in their raw or finished
state. We have the opportunity of going to the manufacturer of silks, velvets,
dress goods, wash goods, men’s and women’s woolens and there learning the real
value of the fabrics in the yard. Next we go to the manufacturer of men’s and
women’s suits, coats, etc., there we see the garments in their finished state.
THE OPPORTUNITY IS OURS” to furnish the people of Weatherford
and adjacent territory the world’s newest and most desirable merchandise for
less money Buy ’em for less and sell ’em for less is our special business.
