Guilty of Insanity,
Henry Yowell was convicted this
morning in the county court on a
charge of insanity. He was taken
to St. Vincent’s sanitarium by re-
latives for treatment.
All Agreed Judgment.
In the ease of Bert Akers vs. Tlie
Texas company, an agreed verdict
was sentenced this morning In favor
of the plaintiff, for $1250. The
case was called for trial and with-
drawn when the verdict was agreed
upon.
