On Monday evening, December 9, 1963, these three groups of lovely young ladies, who are home-
making students, presented approximately 85 garments at their annual style show in the Bandera
School gymnasium They modeled a variation of wools, cottons, shantungs, surahs in shirtwaist
dresses, suits, pants, separates snd wrap-arounds. They received a great ovation hy a large number
of spectator*. The young ladies' choice of harmonising colors and fabrics made a most pleasing
array of beautiful garments.

reminded that now is the time to
pay their poll tax' Several im-
portant elections will be coming
up U) 1964 and they will need that
poll tax.
County Tax Assessor and Col-
lector Otto Zutterim-Lster told a
Bulletin reporter Monday that only
(55 poll taxes had been issued in
the past two months This ia way
short of the numbei no'omilly is-

tion on. Constitutional Amend-
ments among which was the pro-
posed amendment t ■ abolish the
poll tax as a prerequisite for vot-

council will be held. Then there
will tie the Democratic Primary
and run-off election The office
