of James McNeal was completed
Tuesday morning about ten o’clock
and the taking of testimony is now j
in progress.
The special venire of 100 men from
which to select a jury was exhausted j
Monday night and only eleven men j
had qualified as jurors. Another ve-
nire of twenty men was ordered by
Judge McKinsey for Tuesday morn-
ing. From this list Will Hinshaw
was accepted. The jury is composed
