for the 1922 season closed February

When defense counsel pointed out
the laws governing the case, it was
shown there were no grounds for 06m-

Attorney Eellars, this Is the first case
of Its kind to have been tried In this
county, and sets a precedent that will
probably govern all such cases in the
future.
