of this suit is as follows, to wit:
Suit to quiet title and remove
cloud from the title to the follow-
ing described tract of land
situated .in Medina County, Tex-
as, to-wit: 255 acres of land, more
or less, out of Survey No. 445.

petition. Plaintiff in said petition
represents to the Court that he
is legally seised and possessed of
said tract of land, holding and
owning the same in fee simple.
In addition to his fee simple title.
Plaintiff claims title to said land

Limitation of Five, Ten and
Twenty-five Years. Plaintiff al-
leges that Defendants assert cer-
tain claims and rights in jind to
the said land through certain
deeds and other iii^twlnents
found in the Deed Records of
Medina County, Texas, the exact
nature of which claims are un-
known to Plaintiff; and Plaintiff
gives notice to each of said Defen-
dants to answer herein and set
up and plead before this court the
claims and rights asserted by them

land perfecting his title thereto
and removing clouij therefrom,,
and prays that Plaintiff be quiet-
ed in his right, title and posses-
sion in and. to said land, and for

tended the summer graduating
exercises of Trinity University.
Mr. Crow’s daughter, Mrs. A. J.
O’Connell, received her B. A. de-

Lillian Hubert has returned
from an extended trip to Cuba
the Virgin Islands and Puerto
Rico. At Ponce, Fhierto Rico, she
visited in the home of Walter

John Gilliland deceived the
