By Special Correspondent
We h-ave been so busy here of late
doing so many things such as helping
Secretary Wallace in the cotton acre-
age reduction, and cooperating with
the President in every way we can,
that we have almost forgotten about
that big celebration we were going to
hav-e on the opening of Highway five
but we may have it later.
Some folks passing through Bonham
recently said they had not been this
way in- several' years, and as they
came in from the west they said well
well is this Bonham, our old home
town? We will have to move back
here some time, it’s so different.
And another thing all of our neigh-
bors hat haven’t already been to
the World’s Fair are either there now
or talking about going. Why it has
been suggested by some that we
should send a committee to see about
pulling the next World’s Fair here.
