SB 501, A bill to be entitled An Act relating to the disproportionality of
certain groups in the juvenile justice, child welfare, health, and mental health
systems and the disproportionality of the delivery of certain services in the
education system.
SB 501 was read third time earlier today and failed to pass by Record
No. 668.
Amendment No. 1
Representative Hancock offered the following amendment to SB 501:
Amend SB 501 on third reading, in SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Section
2.003, Human Resources Code (page 4, line 16), by striking "and private".
