PRIMARY ELECTION
A White Man's Piimary Election
in Rockdale is hereby called to be
held at the city hall in Rockdale,
Texas, on Tuesday, March 5, 1946,
for the purpose of nominating city
officers and school trustees as fol-
lows:
A Mayor, to succeed E. A. Camp:
and two aldermen to succeed T.
E5. Ryan in Ward No. 2, and S. E.
Foster in Ward No. 1, whose terms
expire, and one Alderman in Ward
No. 2 to succeed M. N. Strieker,
who has resigned.
Three school trustees to succeed
Bill Howell. John M. Weed and H.
H. Coffield, whose terms expire.
Anyone wishing to place a name
or names on the ticket will file
names with me at least one week
in advance of said election, on or
before February 25.
Insofar as possible this election
will be held in accordance with
the state laws governing such elec-
tions. All qualified voters of the
city of Rockdale shall be entitled
to participate therein.
Miss Irma Dunnington is here-

as husband and wife insupportable.

plaintiff and defendant.
