Uw place of the man or woman in the
ordinary walks of life We have tne i
habit of looking at the men and women
who are in the limelight of society. We
would not rob the men and women
who.are In the limelight of any honor
or glory—let them have It—tout we do
plead for the men and women In the
background; the good mothers who are
forced to stay yonder in the home with
the children while others are moving
in the limelight of society. If they got
more flowers for their faithfulness in |
the home, there would be fewer neg-
lected children, fewer women in the
limelight. While we are thinking oi,
ourselves, let us not foreet that there
are those back of us in the shadows,
that make It possible for us to be in
the limelight. Who would be in the
limelight if there was not somebody in f
the shadows?
L. E. STRICKLAND, Pastor.
Every boy who has reached the age
of 12 or more, will discover that Dad
and Mother will be a lot easier to get
along with this summer if he will
keep the lawn mowed and free from
rubbish: will do his best to raise a
prize garden and flower bed and be
generally useful around the house. He

knows— it might be so arranged that
he can go on that camping trip, where
he can cook his own meals over an

Mr. Rural Home Owner:
How would you like to trade your old ice box in on one of our new
Superfex Refrigerator'? They only use *hree pints of kerosene every
twenty-four hour-, and burn only two hours, then they are out Tor
the rest of the day. leaving no fire in your home while you might be
away, to cause you to worry until you return.
You know most of people dislike the idea of leaving an oil flame
burning in their home while away, and in the Superfex you do not
have this worry.
We are dealer for the Superfex Oil Burning Refrigerators.
