Company’s 252 employees reside in Rockdale, an IGC
survey made for The Reporter revealed this week,
Thirteen Central Texas towns are represented on
the employment roll ot the plant which supplies power
for Alcoa'* Rockdale Works.
Rtts.sell Brooks, IGC general superintendent, said
that there arc 166 IGC employee* residing in Rock-
dale. Thorndale is next In line with 25 and Taylor ha*
22, he explained.
Others are Lexington, 11; Cameron. 10; Ghidings,
5: Milano. 4; Thrall, 3; Tangtewnod. 2; nnri Chriesman,
BuckhoUb, Elgin and Groesbeck, one apiece.
