Vicki Jo Keesler entertained
with a dinner party Wednesday
evening honoring Barbara Her-
bst at Voctoria, bride-elect of
Mike McLaughlin cf Fort Worth.
The event was given at El
Patio Restaurant. White and
gladioli adorned the table.
After dinner the group gather-
ed at the home of Vicki.
The twenty guests included
close friends of the honoree.

Celebrates
Susan Putman’s sixth birth-
day was marked with a party’
given by her mother. Mrs. Har-
ry Putman, Saturday afternoon
from five to six-thirty.
Twenty-two little girls were
on hand to help Susan celebrate.
Bright colored musical ball-
oons were given as favors.
4-H Enjoys
Family Social
A weiner roast and family soc-
ial were enjoyed Tuesday even-
ing by members of the Amecke-
ville 4-H Club, their families and
the two county agents.
Hie affair was held at Victor
Goebel’s river place in that
community.
Ten members and 25 visitors
in addition to County Agents
Gilbert Heideman and Mrs. Mil-
dred Martin were present.
Games were played following
the social.
A short business meeting was
held and it was announced that
new officers will be elected at
next month’s meeting, according
to Johnny Goebel, club reporter.
The members also voted to
assist in fixing up the 4-H bus.
