"I hat to run away "
"Don't bo silly. What 'a the sense

"What good will that do?" she

That's a fact. Molly. He said ho !

Delphlnc and Sacrifice."
Mollj laughed.
"He used to want mo to write
pootry." she said. "Poetry or fairy
stories. You'll let mo know If you
hear anything special from him.
Red?"
"Sure" he promised. "I'll shoot
you u wiro tonight."
Molly telephoned the Hits and
made an uppolntmont for a facial
n munleuro and a shampoo. When
the reporters waiting on the steps
boslegod hsr. she told them truth-
fully that sho had an engagement
at the beauty shop. Helng sus-
picious folk by nature and by
training they trailed her In anoth-
er taxi.
When sho wont In the Ritz one
of them phoned to nsk If Miss
Burnhnm had nn appointment
there. Having ascertained that she
would be there for at loast two
hours they relaxed their vigilance.
When the coast was clear a clerk
enmo to toll Molly nnd she slipped
out tho service entrance Into a
waiting cnb. She lunched alone at a
quiet hotel. And rcachod the sta-
tion In ample time to board the
train leisurely with Rita and Marie.
Some hours later Hob discoveted
that she had left 'own and taken
Hiti nnd the nurse with her Sho
had left no woul a to her de-tma
tion and he was beset with fears. !
If he reported her disappearance to
the poltct he would be making a '
laughing stock of himself. If ho I
took no notice of 11 she might re-
main away Indefinitely. I
Perplexed and worrlod ho made I
the fatal cnoi of colling on Red
Flynn.

Will Have An
Unusual Display
At Dallas Fair
According to established custom
exhibitors at Fairs come under the
classification of those who set up
displays of their products or wart-s
for the Inspection and Infoimatlon
of Knlr visitors.
For many years the Magnolia
Petroleum Company followed that
precedent at the State Fair of Tex-
as But this year like the past two
years vlsltots to the State Fair of
Texas at Datltts will find something
different at the Magnolia booth.
They will find no display of gaso-
line motor oils lubricants and oth-
er petroleum products. They will
listen to no lengthy talks about
the value of this or that product.
Instead they will find only a cool
comfortable spot where they can
rest and listen to concerts given by
the Mugnolln Orchestra. The Mitg-
