Cook macaroni as directed on

In saucepan, cook bacon until
crisp; remove and crumble.
Pour off all but 1 tablespoon
drippings. Cook onion in drip-
pings until tender. Blend in
soup, celery salt, milk and
cheese Sauce mix (from maca-
roni and cheese dinner). Add
macaroni. Heat; stir now and
then. Serves 4.

the freezer. Frozen flounder
fillets make a meal, one that’s
extra festive and special when
expanded with frozen aspangns
spears and sauced up with con-
densed cream of celery soup:
FANTASTIC FISH FILLETS
1 package (10 ounces)
frozen asparagus spears,
cooked and drained
1 package (1 pound)
frozen flounder fillets,
thawed
3 lemon slices
lean (1014 ounces)
condensed cream of
celery soup
2 tablespoon diced
pimlento
Dash crashed tarragon
leaves
Divide asparagus among fil-
lets; place asparagus on narrow
end of fillets. Roll; fasten with
toothpicks. (If necessary, piece
fillets to make 3 roll-ups.)
In shallow baking (fish (10k
6x2 inches), arrange roll-opal
top with lemon. Bake at 890*F.
for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, blend soup, pi-
miento and tarragon. Pour over
fish, stirring around sides. Bake
15 minutes more. Stir sauce be-
fore serving.
Makes 3 servings.
For a quick casserole, com-
bine frankfurters, frozen green
beans and two kinds of soup-
tomato and chill beef. Top off
with corn muffin mix. The dish
