to split the $2,435,725 it will
receive — $1,017,080 for
Pet. 1, $701,735 for Pet. 2,

Monday Judge
Sappington proposed a dif-
ferent CERTZ zone, a small-
er, better defined stretch
along Sunset School Road
and including 78 acres of
adjoining land owned by
Ray Proctor.
In December the court
came up with a zone involv-
ing several roads in Precinct
1 - the road and bridge
precinct that has been the
heaviest hit by the Barnett
Shall development.
But Judge Sappington
noted the legal description
“of that other one was 800
pages just on the surface, and
the minerals (description)
was going to be a night-
mare.” So he suggested this
alternative zone which
involves agricultural use
property with no oil and gas
production in it.
The court will create the
zone and name the board at
its Jan. 27 meeting.
