Faith Memorial Baptist Church,
met last Wednesday night at the
church at 7:30 to continue the
study of the book. “A Primer on
Prayer." The meeting was open-
ed by a prayer for the mission-
aries on the calendar of prayer
led by Eileen Marsh
Betty Lobstein led in the dis-
cussion of two chapters in the
book. "Listen” and “Prayer for
Others."
The meeting was concluded
after a brief business session.

Eight boys from Archer Coun-
ty attended the District 4-H
Camp at Buffalo Gap. July 25
and 26th They enjoyed games,
swimming, eating and the visit
to a nearby air force base.
At the Air Force base they
observed some of the large
planes used for bombers and
cargo transports as well a? in-
terceptors. One point of great
interest was the dog patrol. Each
dog had one master whom be
obeyed in such acts as marching,
sitting, playing dead, running
the obstacles and attacking a hu-
man being. Of course the hu-
man was well protected by cloth-
ing especially made for that
purpose.
The boys were told that dogs
can see better at night than

Company in Wichita Falls. Also a graduate of ACHS. the prospective groom will begin his junior
year at MU in September with business administration as his major. He is a member of Reserve
Officers Training Corps, and is at present employed at Trent's Fine Station in Archer City.
