Henry Roewe, Grand Knight
of the Knights of Columbus, urg-

nesday evening, Aug. 2, at the

Mrs. Frank Wachsman under-
went major surgery Monday at
the Bethania Hospital. She was
still very sick at the time of this
writing but underwent the sur-
gery fine.
Delegates attending the 63rd
annual convention of the Cath-
olic State League, July 21 to 25
at Weimer, included the youth:
Dale Wolf, Ernie Schreiber,
Catherine Scheffe, Joan Wachs-
man, Patty Schroeder and Laura

After the convention Mr. and
