tine's Day art. Running the length
of each table, was a single stream-
er of red decorative paper with here
and there a deeper red heart em-
bedded.
Tables were especially arranged
for age groupes from children in
the Beginners Depaitment through
the adult ages. Approximately 73
children of all ages were In attend-
ance for the annual event.
Music was in the form of grrup
singing and special numbers. Miss
Emma Joiner. Training Union Di-
rector was in general charge of the
program and arrangements. She
was assisted by a committee of la-
dies from the training union. A
special group did th? serving and
preparation of the meal.

erintendent, will attend the Min-
isters’ Week program' at South-
ern Methodist University In
Dallas this week.
Dr. Hugh Stun*, president of

Lectures. His opening address
will Ik' Monday night.
Bishop Paul B. Kern, also of
Nashville, will bring a series of

It is expected that over 1,000
visiting ministers from Texas,
New Mexico. Oklahoma, Louisi-
ana, Arkansas, Nebraska and
Missouri, will attend these lec-
tures.
