MEDINA BASKETBALL GIRLS
HAVE VICTORIOUS YEAR
The year of 1967-1008 has been
a victorious one for the twenty

High School, and their coach,

These girls have attended two
tournaments giving them the op-

other tournament in Rocksprings

first place and also placed two
girls on the All Tournament
team—one forward. Chris Col-
lins and a guard, Susie Mayfield.
These girls also won four
games in district play which
gave them the district lead for
the season.
This record didn’t just happen.
These girls had a determination
that couldn’t be equaled. They
have been extremely faithful, in
practice, drills, and games. The
spirit has run high from be-
ginning to end. and the team-
work has been something to ad-
mire and respect.
These girls have taken a great
deal of pride in all their ac-
tivities. Many of this group are
honor students. They worked
