Couple Feted With
Anniversary Party
Mr. and Mrs. Erwin H.
Symank were honored Sun-
day afternoon with a
twenty-fifth wedding anni-
versary celebration at their
new home north of Megar-
8*1.
The couple's children serv-
ed as hosts far the sccasieo.
Sens Stephen and Terry
greeted geests and daughter
Rebecca presided the reg-
istration table.
The Symanks were married
Dec, 1..I95I in Seymour,
and Mrs. Symank is the
former Iva L. Morgan from
that city. Symank worked
several years for Megargel
Drilling Co. and is now
self-employed as a farmer.
The silty friends and
relatives attending were
served refreshments from
the dinning table in the den.
The covered table featured
silver and crystal appoint-
ments and was highlighted
by a white, tiered anniver-
sary cake and adorned with
floral icing scrolls. Serving
were the couple's daughter-
in-laws. Debbie and Melis-
sa.
Gifts were on display in a
bedroom of the home.

Sanders, former Holliday
residents, celebrated their
50th wedding anniversary
Sunday afternoon at the
Texas Electric Reddy Room.
Wichita Falls.
Hosting the receptiua were
their children and their
spouses, Mr. and Mrs.
Waiter Sanders of HnOetta-
ville, Mr. and Mrs. E.H.
Wiiieford of Perrytou, Mr.
and Mrs. E.D. Sanders of
Portland and Mr. and Mrs.
W.E. Mcknight of Perrytoa.
They were assisted by the
couple's granddaughters.
Mr. and Mrs. Sanders were
married Nov. 28. 1926 at
Jacksboro. They lived in
California for four years
before they returned to
Texas. They lived at Kamay
for a number of years and at
Holliday nine and a half
years.
The couple then moved to
Iowa Park, July 1. 1964.
Sanders is a retired pumper
for W.A. Montcrief Oil Co.

veil. The bride carried a
nosegay of blue carnations
and babv's breath.
Maid of honor waa Melinda
Blaaaingame. She wore a
blue dress with velvet bolero
accented by a blue lace hat
and carried a bouquet of
flowers similar to the
bride's.
Best man was Curtis Cox.
Jerry Wages, brother of the
bride and Mike Clifton
served as ushers.
A reception following the
ceremony was held at the
Clifford Wages' home.

Peanuts
Mix together flour,
ground peanuts, baking
soda, ginger, nutmeg and all-
space; set aside.
Cream margarine and
sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in molasses end water.
On low speed gradually add
flour mixture; blend thor-
oughly. Chill several hours.
