JAMES SCHENK of Scotland walked away with
no injuries when his late model car overturned
at Scotland last week. This was the second
time in the past eight months that Schenk has
failed to make the corner and has plowed
through the fence adjacent to the Texaco sta-
tion. He was charged with DWI. Kenneth Trip-
lett, highway patrolman and Deputy Jack Har-
ney, were the investigating officers.
