Raye Jenkins, Van Alstyne,
July wagonmaster, announced

Alstyne. A pot luck supper is
planned for the Saturday even
ing meal. Special emphasis

for the children for this meet-
ing. Jenkins, is also the local
club’s wagonmaster for the
National Rally. Plans are un-
derway for members to attend
the third annual Huntsman
National Rally scheduled for
the last week of July in She-
pherds ville, Kentucky.
Tobe Hunnicutt of Van Als-
tyne was selected as wagon-
master for the September
meeting.
The door prize for the even-
ing a lovely clear plastic cake
server, was won by Jimmy
Suton.
After the meeting the group
enjoyed sampling the many
freezers of homemade ice
cream.
During the week-end the lad
ies feted Mrs. Haskel Ames
with a surprise pink and blue
shower.
Erwin Holder, McKinney
and Ron Had, Garland, enter
tained by playing guitars and
singing. Some enjoyed swim-
ming while others were play-
ing dominoes. “42”, trail bike
riding and visiting.
Atending the camp-out were
23 camper club member fam-
ilies ad 19 guests for a total
of 90 present.
