SEEDS
FROM
THE
SOWER
Y
General Epaminondas was a
brilliant military genius. His victo-
ries brought him fame, and jealous
enemies.
Wanting to destroy him, they
convinced the rulers of Greece to
make him their Garbage Collector.
Knowing the appointment was
done out of spite, the general said,
“If the position will not reflect glory
on me, I will reflect glory on my
work."
The general threw his heart and
soul into the job. Soon all Greece
acclaimed his great work.
"Work hard," says the Living
Bible, “and with gladness all the
time." Then you’ll reflect glory on
your work and bring glory to God.
