How To Spend Less
Ime In The Kitchen
(NAPS)—Although the kitchen
es become America’s favorite fam-

$uick and easy clean-up is one
"the key features that make
noothtop ranges made with

jular.
Luckily, difficult-to-clean elec-

tchen range are no longer a nec-
pry evil. Durable Ceran glass-
amic panels are black, translu-

dean with a recommended clean-

Since Ceran glass-ceramic pan-
i are non-porous and smooth,

n
“Go on," encouraged his
mother. “I can’t,” he cried.
He ran to the den, but returned
in a few minutes, and finished his
prayer.
“Mom,” he confessed, “I upset
Bill's toys. Before I could pray, I
had to put them right.”
You can’t live sinfully and pray
successfully. The Bible says, “If I
regard iniquity in my heart, the
Lord will not hear me.”
Have you ever wondered why
your prayers haven't been heard?
Maybe it’s because you need to
right some wrongs. You’ll do it,
won’t you?

Ask Carolyn
Q. While out shopping for a
new range I found that many
manufacturers offer halogen
elements. There’s quite a price
difference between the models,
too. What are the advantages of
cooking with halogen over radi-
ant elements?
A. Like gas, halogen elements
offer an instant “on.” However,
the cooking performance on
longer cooking items is equal to
a radiant element. Some say
halogen provides better cooking
for delicate, short-term foods.
Recently, the makers of radiant
elements have greatly improved
the speed and wattage so that
halogen elements have only a
few seconds quicker heat-up
time. Since most food has to
cook for several minutes, you
might like to give up a few sec-
onds for a few dollars in the pur-
chase.
