was opened with the club motto and
prayer and the members responded,

The nature of said suit being sub-
stantially as follows, to wit..
A suit for divorce; that plaintiff
and defendant were legally married
cm or about the'3rd day of Novem-
ber, 1929, and continued to live to-
gether as husband an4t wife until on
or about the 1st day of June, 1945,
when, i>y reason of the harsh, cruel
and tyrannical -treatment of plain-
tiff by the. defendant, their further
living together as husband and wife
was made Insupportable, and
plaintiff was forced and compelled
to permanently separate from the
defendant. y

Daisies and lace ferns provided
a floral settfng for the ceremony.
The bride wore a frock of aqua
crepe with accessories of black and
white, and her corsage was. of white
carnations.- Following the rites the (
couple left for a wedding trip, to
Mexico. *
Mrs. Taylor holds degrees from
Baylor Unversity, and the Baptist
Seminary of Ft, Worth. She re-
ceived her master’s degree from
Texas University, and has done
graduate work in Columbia Uplver-
sity, New York City, She has been
a member of the fapulty of the
North Beacji School In Corpus,
Christi since it was opened five
and One-half years ago. The bride-
groom, who is a chemical engineer, *" ■
received his higher education In
colleges n Springfield, Mo, "
