Richard Bay Rucker, baby son
of Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Rucker,
has not been ill a day since his
birth Thanksgiving Day at the Sin-
tor) Hospital. Dr. L. H. Cocker-
ham's protege is now cutting his
eye teeth and at four and a half,
months was able to stand. At that
time he weighed 23 pounds and
stood 26 inches tall- , .. .
■ At birth "'Richard Ray weighed:
C. 3/4 pounds, which is comparable
to the remarkable progress he, has
made since that time. He is the
grandson/of • Mr. and o
Rucker of Corpus Christi, and has
one sister. Miss Nellie Ruth, em-

Bank and one brother, 1.1 ainfes Ray-
ford, who enlisted in the; Navy sev-
eral weeks ago and is now stationed
