Sec. 1.2. It shall not b, unlawful,
however, for any motor bus as here-
in defined, to deviate from or leave
its regular route for the purpose pf

Whereas (he City Council of the
City of SUentian, Texas, has order-
ed the improvement of the sidewalk
portion of Ihe hereinafter described
and named streets by having con-
crete sidewalks built and con-
structed, and a* more definitely
specified by the terms of said revo-
lution. and.
Whereas, specifications have been
duly prepared by tho City Engineer
of tho City cf Sherman for the per-
formance of the work of construc-
tion of the arid concrete sidewalks
on the hereinafter described
streets, and
Whereas, said specifications and
pirns nave been approved by the
City Council of the City of Sher^
man. as required by law and
of said construction of said concrete
sidewalks ou the hereinafter de-
scribed portions of said streets, and
Whereas, the said contractor has
duly given bond for the said work
and for the manner of doing same,
and the City Engineer has In ac-
cordance with the laws of the City
of Sherman, filed his report with
