Taylor, Mrs Clyde Jones entertained

The duh rooms were attractively ar-
ranged In n wealth of autumn leaves
and flowers, and In the dining room,
the scheme was carried out in the
chosen colors of the honoree, orchid

tel was Mrs. H. U. Tm k's social offer-
ing to a number of young married

The table was a symphony in Amer-
ican Beauty tones, foiled with silver,
and was exquisitely effective. A sil-
ver basket of perfect American Is-auty
roses was the piece de reslslcnce in
table decorations, and illumlmitions
were of American beauty taisus in sil-
vc-r holders. The wnlls and easemenla
of the1 room were suggestive of Autumn.
In their arrangement of crimson# a ml
gold' foliage. ' In Ihe hall and rc-cepllon
rising the same leaves were1 employed
and at places of vantage1 were vases of
the American beauty roses.
The delic ious luPeheon relished by Ihe
guests consisted of four coarse*, and
was eaten amidst congenial hospitality.
The guest list consisted of twenty-
eight young mnrried friends of the
hostess, and Included Mrs. William S.
Bradley of Centerville, Iowa, and Mrs.
Gaylord Blue of Fort Worth.
