An ordinance ordering an election
in Sherman Texas, on Saturday,
March 6th, 1915, (or the purpose of
submitting to »h,. qualified voters of
the city of Sherman, Texas, for a*V>i>-

charter prepare*! and framed by the
(barter Commission heretofore
elected; and designating the places
at which said election is to be held
and appointing presiding officers
thereof.
Bo It Ordained by the City Council
of the City of Sherman Texas;
Section 1. ' That an election,
shall bo held in said City of Sher-
man, Texas, on Saturday, March, 6th,
A. I).. 1915, at which (he following
propo; if.ion shall be submitted:
Shall the charter reported by the
Charter Commission to (he Ci’y
Council of the City of Sherman,
iTexas, on tffie 22nd day of January.
|Av D„ tali'; and which had been
prepared by tho Charter Commis-
sion which had been legally and
duly elected hy t.iie qualified voters
of the City of PDvinan. Texas, on
the till day of October A D., 1913;
shall the said ch trier so reported
and prepar'd by said’ charter, coxa*
mission be adopted as the charter
for the City . of Sherman. Texas,
according to its tenor and as' con-
teinpiafed by Chapter 147 of the
Acte ol the 3 3rd legislature of .Tex->
ns. Laws of 19.13.
Sec ion 2. That said election
shall be held at the six voting box-
es of the Ci»y of Sherman, Texas.
The presiding officers are hereby ap-
pointed to hold said election ut the
places herein designated tin follows,
