Greece signs the armiatlc.
The allies In tho course'of yes-

quite clear that, they would not en-
ter into negotiations without GrefCa

Dr. ts. Dan.d f. lea ler of the Bulgar-

“If on Thursday ihe leply of tlie
Ottoman delegates is not satisfa lory
we will break negotiations an I meet
again at the Tchaialnja linos. That
will be the end of Turkey in Eu-

Tlie < onsensUs of opinion here,
however, is that file principal obsta-

gates and that. the real danger will
be over tlie future possession of tho
fortress of Adriahopie. As fur at,
can lie seen at prt suit, only media-

leader of the Greek mission.
It is assumed that a substitute
will be chosen pending the settle-

IMPORTANT DECISION RENDER-
ED TODAY BY THE SUPREME j
COl RT OK ILLINOIS.
AsvnrlRtort Pro** Dlspntchl — .
Chicago, Dec. 18.—-A decision of
the Illinois supreme court today
makes it necessary for scores of
Chicago couples to remarry if they
wish their union to be recognized
as legal. The court ruled that, when ,
■t. person violates the Illinois ntatute1
'prohibiting remarriage within one'
year after the divorce, the ceremony
is not legal even if performed in
another state. Neither has one
party any claim on the estate of
the other. The children from the |
illegal marriages are without moral
protection and have no standing in
law.
Great numbers of Illinoislans
have gone to other states and re-(
married in less than one year after |
being divorced in their own Slate. |
Tlie unions have been considered j
legitimate but the final court de-i
eislon will compel them to rejnurrx |
new if ,a year has intervened, or
wait until a year has elapsed.
